A retreat provides you with one on one personalized service with your therapist guiding you through a mind-body approach to accelerated healing.

AIR provides a breathing space in a setting that inspires inner reflection.

Evidence-based therapies, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Mindfulness are integrated with adjunct wellness services (the rooftop Taychopera Spa and Sauna Suite) to aide in further mind-body homeostasis through

relaxation, detox and growth.

  • It takes longer for you to open up than a typical therapy session.

  • You have active thoughts, plans, and a way to carry out a plan to harm yourself or others. Please call 911 immediately if this is the case.
  • You're not willing or able to abstain from mind altering substances (drugs/alcohol) during a retreat. These modalities are brain-based and we need your brain's full functioning abilities.

AIR is best intended for individuals ready to jumpstart their healing from stress, anxiety, or relational trauma faster than weekly therapy sessions.
