Edward Mischo MSW LCSW
Edward is a licensed clinical psychotherapist who has been working in the mental health field for over 25 years treating a wide array including men's issues, family conflict, and skill building. He provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults through tele-health.
He is passionate about helping others and has an extensive background in mental health and trauma informed practice. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin.
Edward offers a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to learn more about services, discuss needs, and explore next steps.
Welcome.
I believe each individual has within themselves, the capacity for change. In finding your true strengths and by utilizing them in your everyday life, you can overcome any obstacle. Asking for help takes courage, and is in and of itself a great strength. I’ve been practicing mental health for over 20 years, and have helped people of all ages, and diverse backgrounds achieve their goals through self enhancement and empowered strategies.
A bit about my approach to therapy. I believe in a strength based approach. Everyone has a unique story and deserves to be heard. My role will be to help guide you through the barriers to your success. Not by telling you how to act or think, but by helping you find your motivation and how to view things in a different, more positive perspective.
I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will develop a plan for your success.
