Nicole Podolak MSW LCSW CCTP
Nicole is a licensed clinical psychotherapist who has been working in the mental health field treating adults, adolescents, and couples since 2007 within all levels of care. She provides individual therapy, adjunct trauma therapy, therapy intensives, and on site retreats to adults in person and through virtually in the state of Wisconsin. Nicole is a speaker, mentor, and supporter in the mental health community.
She has worked extensively with trauma symptoms, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, addictions, skill building, phobias, and leveling up. Nicole's experience also includes collaborating with other clinicians, professionals and individuals who are experiencing problems with emotional reactions and triggers, imposter syndrome, anger, trauma, low self-esteem, and burnout.
In working with Nicole, her approach is to resolve your issues at the source. The goal is to help you resolve a problem, not to teach you how to live with it. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is Master Certified as an Accelerated Resolution Therapist. She supports and manages the Wisconsin Chapter for Accelerated Resolution Therapists and assists other clinicians in getting trained in this therapy.
