Having been in the field for almost 20 years with lived and worked experience, I do see you. I understand there are unique challenges that come with the high-stress, high-pressure demands in your life. You've probably been doing it all, while others have little to no awareness of what you're actually experiencing. They come to you for their problems and their needs. You're responsibilities overflow, yet you keep moving forward. You're no longer feeling like yourself, yet you keep going. Maybe you've dimed your own light, maybe you've had to make yourself smaller, maybe someone tried to type you into a specific narrative to fit their story.
When do you get to write your story?
I've felt this myself. I've seen this in my family, friends, colleagues, clients and strangers. We have all been there. I've reclaimed my own story. Now, I write my own story and I want that for you.
I have been described as direct, confident, kind, compassionate, dedicated and more. All are true. How ever I'm written into other's chapters, this is how I want to be written into yours:
I want to be but a chapter, the one where you see transformations...the one where you become aware of your inner most experiences and learn to befriend what is going on inside you...the one where you begin writing your own story. If you want to hear more, now is the time.

Nicole has been providing effective services in the social and behavioral health fields since 2007. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
